Guide

Controls & Guide.

Everything you need to start and improve - from basic controls to advanced multiplayer strategy.

How to Play

1
Tetrominoes fall from the top of the board. Move and rotate them to fill complete horizontal rows. Completed rows are cleared and score points.
2
Clearing multiple rows at once scores much more. A Tetris (4 rows at once with the I-piece) gives the highest base points.
3
Use Hold (C or Shift) to set aside the current piece for later use. You can swap once per piece placement.
4
T-Spins use the SRS wall-kick system to rotate pieces into tight gaps. T-Spin Doubles (TSD) and Triples (TST) score massively and are key to high-level play.
5
Consecutive difficult clears (Tetrises, T-Spins) build a Back-to-Back (B2B) chain, adding a 1.5× multiplier. Breaking the chain resets it.
6
Gravity increases every 10 lines. At higher levels pieces fall and lock nearly instantly - plan moves quickly or use Hard Drop to lock immediately.
7
The game ends when pieces stack above the top of the visible board. In Versus, the last player alive wins the match and ELO.

Multiplayer & Garbage

In Versus mode, clearing lines sends garbage rows to your opponent. Garbage fills from the bottom with a random single-gap column that shifts each piece placed.
Cancelling: When you clear lines while garbage is queued (shown in the red bar on the right of your board), your attack cancels it first before any remainder is sent. Clear fast to neutralize threats before they land.

Max garbage queued at once is capped at 20 lines. All garbage values are calculated server-side — the client cannot spoof attacks.

Sprint Race: Both players receive identical piece sequences. First to clear 40 lines wins. No garbage — pure speed.
Co-op: Work together on separate boards to clear 150 combined lines. No garbage — efficiency and communication win.
ELO is only affected in Ranked Versus. Win to gain, lose to drop. The closer the opponent's ELO, the smaller the swing.
